Our portfolio of desktop software projects all start the same way: with a part of the business that is bleeding time and money.

For one manufacturer, that was inventory. Stock lived in people’s heads, on paper slips, and in a set of Excel files that never quite matched. We designed a Windows application that tracks stock in real time, ties every movement to a document, and gives management a single view of what is where.

For another client, the pain was payroll. Attendance lived in a register, leave in a notebook, and salary in a spreadsheet that took two people three days each month. We built a tailored HR and payroll system on top of a simple SQLite database, with attendance, leave, and salary calculation in one place — cutting payroll time down to a morning.

Every implementation is modular: we start with the one process costing the most, then extend into production, procurement, reporting, or anything else that needs software instead of paper.
